Ultra moist and airy cake: a simple and melting recipe

🛒 Ingredients

For a cake tin of about 22 cm:

• 4 eggs
• 150 g sugar
• 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
• 120 ml milk
• 100 ml neutral oil
• 180 g flour
• 1 sachet of baking powder
• 1 pinch of salt
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• Icing sugar for finishing

For the decoration

You can also add some red fruits, strawberries, raspberries or redcurrants to bring a nice colorful and slightly tangy touch. 🍓
