Ingredients
1 bunch of spring onions (or 2 shallots or onions)
1 packet of cream cheese or sour cream
200 g ham, raw or cooked
Pepper
1 roll of puff pastry from the cooled part
a little salt
Preparation
1. First, peel the onion and cut it into cubes along with the ham. Now mix with the cream cheese and season with a little salt and plenty of pepper. If desired, you can also add some Provencal herbs.
2. Spread this mixture well over the spread puff pastry. Now carefully roll up the dough and cut it into slices about 3 cm thick. Place the slices on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
3. Place in a preheated oven at 170 °C with convection for 10 to 15 minutes – depending on the desired browning, for a longer or shorter time.
