This is a sweet, creamy dessert salad that tastes like an orange creamsicle.

Ingredients

• 1 package (3 oz / ~85 g) orange Jell-O
• 1 cup boiling water
• ½ cup cold water
• 1 container (8 oz / ~225 g) whipped topping (Cool Whip)
• 1 can (11 oz / ~310 g) mandarin oranges, drained
• 1 cup mini marshmallows
• 1 small box (3.4 oz / ~96 g) instant vanilla pudding mix
