Honey and Garlic Ribs is a delicious way to prepare pork ribs marinated in a honey and garlic sauce, then baked or grilled. This dish is known for its sweet and sour flavor and the tender, juicy taste of the meat. Here is a simple recipe for Honey and Garlic Ribs:
Ingredients:
1.5 kg beef ribs or, to taste, oxtail, lamb, etc.
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
3-4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
2 tsp grated ginger
1 tsp sesame oil (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
Cut the ribs into individual pieces and wash thoroughly. Pat dry with paper towels and set aside.
In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil (if using), salt, and pepper to make the marinade.
Place the ribs in a resealable bag or shallow bowl and pour the marinade over them. Make sure the ribs are well covered. Seal the bag or bowl and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours (or overnight).
Preheat the grill or oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).
Remove the marinated ribs from the refrigerator and let them drain. If using a grill, cook the ribs over medium heat for about 20-25 minutes per side, or until cooked through and lightly caramelized. If using an oven, place the ribs on a baking sheet and bake for about 30-40 minutes, or until tender. Brush the ribs with additional marinade occasionally during baking.
