about 6-8 pieces. Make a slight indentation in the middle of each one. Preheat the oven to 110 degrees and bake for 70-80 minutes.
Turn off the oven and let them cool inside. Open the door slightly. Before serving, whip the cream and put it on the Pavlova. Decorate with any fruit. For a more pronounced taste, you can add mascarpone or vanilla to the cream.
