Introduction

Got ground beef in the fridge? So you don’t always have to make classic meatballs! This recipe for meatballs in creamy sauce is easy to make, flavorful, and great for a quick weeknight dinner or a nice family meal. The juicy dumplings, smooth sauce and melted cheese make this dish a treat for young and old alike.

Ingredients

For the meatballs

600 g minced beef

Salt to taste

Black pepper to taste

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika powder

1 onion, finely chopped

For the creamy sauce

300 ml whipped cream

5 g salt

3 g black pepper

15 g fresh dill, finely chopped

Garnish

50 g grated cheese

Procedure

Place the ground beef in a large bowl. Add the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika and finely chopped onion. Mix everything well until you get smooth minced meat.

Lightly oil your hands and shape the minced meat into evenly sized balls.

Grease a baking dish with a little oil or butter, and place the meatballs next to each other.

Mix the cream, salt, black pepper and finely chopped dill in a bowl until the sauce is well combined.
