15 g soft margarine or butter
10 g salt
450 g wheat flour (type 550)
280 ml lukewarm water
Preparation
First, pour the flour into a bowl and mix it with salt.
Then dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water with a fork and add it to the flour along with the margarine or butter.
Knead the dough with the hook for about 3 minutes, starting on low speed and then increasing to high speed until a smooth dough forms.
Preheat the oven to 100°C (212°F), turn it off and leave the dough to rise, covered with a cloth, for 25-30 minutes, until it has visibly increased in volume.
Then knead the dough again on a baking tray lined with baking paper, form a roll and place it in a baking tin (approx. 26 cm in diameter) lined with baking paper.
