How to Prepare Death For Chocolate
Death by Chocolate, as its name suggests, is a recipe only suitable for sweets. It is a coulant cake that combines different textures: harder on the outside and soft inside. It is usually eaten warm, so that the chocolate is creamy when you leave it.
To make a delicious chocolate death cake, the first thing we must do is prepare the cake. To do this, we preheat the oven, at 200o C, with heat above and below. While it is heated, we break the 200 gr. of chocolate and pour the pieces into a bowl. Then, we incorporate the butter and put a few seconds in the microwave, until they melt.
Then stir to mix both ingredients well, and add the sugar, until a homogeneous cream is formed. We’re throwing the eggs, but one by one. Mix everything well before you throw the next one.

Finally, add the flour, but sifted. Stir well until everything is well mixed. Then, pour the mixture into a silicone mold, or into one of conventional cakes, but previously oiled with butter.
Put the mold in the oven and let the cake be made for about half an hour. Afterwards, we take it out, let it cool before unmolding it and, once cold, we break it into two pieces, making a horizontal cut.
To prepare the filling, we heat the milk and, when it is about to boil we pour the chocolate. We do not stop stirring until we achieve the desired consistency. We can also pour more or less chocolate, depending on how thoapy we want it. Afterwards, pour the chocolate cream over the piece of cake that will act as a base and close with the other. If we want to make several layers, we only have to cut the cake three times instead of two, and fill two faces.
The cake is better if served warm, so that the chocolate is creamy when you leave it. Good profit!
