Ingredients:
For the base:
Approx. 150 g cocoa biscuits (e.g. from Leibniz or Wikana)
120 g butter
For the cream:
600 g cottage cheese (or farmer’s cheese)
300 ml whipped cream
Rum to taste
For the chocolate icing:
150 ml whipped cream
200 g dark chocolate
Candied chocolate or mini whipped cream

Preparation:

First, crush the cocoa cookies into powder in a food processor and add the melted butter.

Then mix everything into a homogeneous mass and spread it on the bottom of a cake tin lined with baking paper.

Now smooth and let cool until the cream is ready.

Next, whip the cream until stiff and add the cottage cheese.

Now mix with a spatula.

You can then season the cream with rum to taste; I only added a few tablespoons.

However, you can also use rum essence if children will be eating the dessert.

You can also sweeten the cream with powdered sugar, but the chocolate was sweet enough for me.

Now spread the cream onto the biscuit base and smooth it out.

Let it set in the fridge and then cover it with chocolate icing.

To prepare the icing, heat the cream until creamy, add the broken chocolate and stir until it melts.

Serve the cake chilled.
