Onion soup is one of the most emblematic dishes of French cuisine. With gently caramelized onions, a broth rich in flavour, toast and a generous layer of cheese au gratin, it offers a simple yet incredibly comforting meal.

The cheese bubbles, takes on a beautiful amber colour and forms that gourmet layer that makes all the charm of the recipe.

Perfect for chilly evenings, a family dinner, or a cocooning meal, this Air Fryer Onion Soup au Gratin is as elegant as it is easy to prepare.
