Sometimes the simplest ingredients are all it takes to create a meal that feels truly special. This succulent beef stir-fry with peppers and onions is a perfect example. Thin slices of tender beef are quickly stir-fried over high heat with colorful peppers and sweet onions, before everything is tossed in a flavorful Asian sauce. The result is a dish that is both juicy, filling, and full of delicious flavors.
This is a perfect dinner when you’re short on time but still want to serve something that feels homemade and luxurious. The secret to the tender steak is to slice the meat thinly and fry it quickly over high heat. The vegetables also retain their freshness and a bit of their chewiness, which gives a lovely balance in every bite.
