Creamy peach and passion fruit drink – fruity, sweet, and ready in minutes.

What I find particularly convenient is that you don’t have to cook anything. Everything goes into a large bowl, is finely pureed, and then chilled. It’s perfect, especially in summer, for birthdays, or when unexpected guests arrive.

And one more thing before we begin: Although such recipes are often called “chick liqueurs,” this version contains no alcohol. It’s actually more of a creamy peach and passion fruit party drink.

Ingredients

For approximately 2.5 to 3 liters:

1 can of peaches including juice,
1 liter of passion fruit juice,
4 containers of peach-passion fruit yogurt
, 200 ml whipping cream,
150–200 g sugar, depending on taste,
2 packets of vanilla sugar

For a lighter version, you can replace some of the cream with natural yogurt. I would also recommend starting with a small amount of sugar, as the peaches, juice, and fruit yogurt already provide a good amount of sweetness.

preparation

Place the peaches and the juice from the can into a large bowl. Add passion fruit juice, yogurt, cream, and vanilla sugar.

First, add about 150g of sugar and thoroughly mix everything with an immersion blender. The peaches should be completely crushed so that a smooth, creamy liquid is created.

Then be sure to try it. If the drink isn’t sweet enough, you can add the remaining sugar and mix briefly again.

The consistency should be creamy, but still easy to pour from a bottle. If the mixture has become too thick, simply stir in a little extra passion fruit juice.

Then pour the drink into very clean bottles, seal them, and refrigerate for several hours. It tastes significantly better chilled than immediately after preparation.

Shake the bottle vigorously before pouring, as some components may settle during storage.

That’s how it tastes especially good.

I prefer to serve it very cold in small glasses. Because of its creamy consistency, you don’t need a huge portion.

In summer, you can briefly put the glasses in the freezer beforehand. This keeps the drink colder for longer and makes it even more refreshing.

If desired, a small piece of peach can be placed on the rim of the glass when serving. No further decoration is really needed.

A few ice cubes are also possible, but they will dilute the drink after a while. Therefore, I would prefer to pre-chill the bottles themselves.

Can other fruits be used?

Yes, and that’s exactly why I like this basic recipe so much.

Instead of peaches, mangoes or apricots work very well, for example. A mixture of mango and passion fruit is also excellent.

For very acidic fruits, you may need to add a little more sugar. Conversely, for very sweet juices, you can use significantly less sugar.

If you can’t find peach and passion fruit yogurt, simply use natural yogurt or vanilla yogurt and add a little more fruit juice.

How long will the drink keep?
