Chicken pieces with garlic butter

Marinate the chicken in Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper for 15-20 minutes to deepen the flavor.

When making a creamy Parmesan sauce, grate cheese freshly instead of pre-grated cheese, which often contains anti-caking agents that can make the sauce grainy.

Gradually stir in the cheese over low heat to avoid lumps. If the sauce becomes too thick, thin it with a little of the reserved pasta water until it reaches the perfect consistency.

For extra flavor, lightly sauté the garlic in butter just like you would cream. Be careful not to burn it, as the bitter garlic can overpower the flavor of the dish.

Before serving, you can garnish it with freshly ground black pepper and sprinkle with Parmesan to enhance the flavor and presentation.
