These Air Fryer Garlic Butter Steak Bites are juicy, tender, and packed with incredible garlic-butter flavor. They cook quickly in the air fryer and make an easy weeknight dinner, appetizer, or protein-packed snack.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ lbs sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, optional
Instructions
1. Prepare the Steak
Pat the steak cubes dry with paper towels. Place them in a large bowl and toss with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
2. Preheat the Air Fryer
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F for about 3 minutes.
3. Air Fry the Steak
Place the steak bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Avoid overcrowding so the steak can brown properly.
Air fry at 400°F for 7–10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking. Cook slightly longer if you prefer your steak more well done.
4. Make the Garlic Butter
While the steak cooks, melt the butter in a small skillet over medium-low heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for about 30–60 seconds, just until fragrant. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce if using.
5. Toss Everything Together
Transfer the hot steak bites to a bowl and pour the garlic butter over them. Toss gently until every piece is coated.
6. Garnish and Serve
Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve immediately while the steak bites are hot and juicy.
Tips
- Sirloin works especially well, but ribeye or tenderloin can also be used.
- Cut the steak into similar-sized pieces so they cook evenly.
- Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket.
- For the juiciest results, avoid overcooking the steak.
- Serve with roasted potatoes, vegetables, rice, or a fresh salad.
