PEPPERS IN MUSTARD – GREAT RECIPE, I DON’T KNOW WHERE IT’S BEEN HIDDEN!

Great salad… I don’t like mustard, but I really enjoy the taste of these peppers.

REQUIRED INGREDIENTS:

Two kilograms of red peppers,

kilogram of yellow pepper,

700 grams of mustard,

400 milliliters of oil,

plus another 300 milliliters of water,

300 milliliters of vinegar,

300 milliliters of oil,

two tablespoons of sugar and

One tablespoon of salt.

HOW TO PREPARE PEPPERS IN MUSTARD?

Start by cleaning the peppers, washing them thoroughly and cutting them into thicker strips or cubes. In a saucepan, combine the water, oil, vinegar, salt and sugar, then bring the mixture to a boil. Add the peppers and cook for about 8-10 minutes. Once cooked, remove the peppers and let them drain and cool.

Mix the mustard and slowly add 400 ml of oil! When the peppers have cooled, mix them into the well-beaten mustard and then mix everything together. Pour the mixture into sterilized jars and seal tightly!

SERVING: Ideal for baking, grilling, making sausages…
