Ingredients:
1 package (90 g) instant banana pudding
1 can (110 g) crushed pineapple in juice, drained
1 can (225 g) Cool Whip, thawed
3 large ripe bananas, sliced
450 g fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped
120 g mini marshmallows
1 can (280 g) maraschino cherries, well drained, save some for topping
120 g semi-sweet chocolate chips, plus extra for topping
120 g chopped peanuts or walnuts, plus extra for topping
Whipped cream for topping
Drizzle for topping
Instructions:
In a large bowl, whisk together the instant banana pudding mix and the juice from the crushed pineapple until smooth and thick.
Fold in the Cool Whip until well blended.
Add sliced bananas, chopped strawberries, mini marshmallows, maraschino cherries, chocolate chips, and chopped nuts to the bowl. Gently mix until everything is well coated with the banana pudding mixture.
Refrigerate for 2-4 hours to allow the flavors to meld and the dessert to set.
Garnish with additional chocolate chips, chopped nuts, maraschino cherries, a dollop of whipped cream, and sprinkles before serving.
