Ingredients:
200 g butter
150 g sugar
3 eggs
1 packet baking powder
2 tablespoons cinnamon
150 g flour
150 g walnuts
4 large apples
powdered sugar
Lemon juice
Preparation:
First, wash the apples, peel them, remove the core and cut them into cubes. Drizzle with a little lemon juice.
Then beat the butter and sugar until foamy, gradually stirring in the eggs.
Next, mix the flour with the baking powder and cinnamon and stir into the egg mixture.
Now mix the nuts and apples well and pour the batter into a 24-inch diameter cake pan with parchment paper or a baking sheet. Bake at 190 degrees (top and bottom heat) for 50-60 minutes until golden brown and let cool well, then sprinkle with powdered sugar just before serving.
The pie is beautifully juicy and not too sweet.
