Instructions:
Prepare the Ingredients:
Roughly chop the pineapple, onion, and habaneros.
Cook the Base:
In a medium saucepan, combine pineapple, onion, habaneros, garlic, and water. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce to a simmer for 8-10 minutes until softened.
Blend Until Smooth:
Transfer the cooked mixture to a blender. Add vinegar, lime juice, salt, and honey (if using). Blend until smooth.
Adjust Consistency:
If the sauce is too thick, add a splash of water or vinegar to reach your desired consistency.
Store the Sauce:
