When I have little time, I bake this cake! It’s so delicious that I bake it at least three times a week.
Ingredients
For the dough:
100g water,
100g milk,
a pinch of salt,
a pinch of sugar,
80g butter,
130g flour,
3 eggs.
For the cream:
2 eggs,
150g sugar,
30g cornstarch,
400g milk,
vanilla,
50g butter.
For decoration:
powdered sugar.
