Nettle infused with alcohol (rakija or homemade vodka) for external use. A remedy that shouldn’t be underestimated!

For many, stinging nettles are simply a bothersome weed that needs to be pulled out. For others, however, they are one of the most effective natural remedies and grow wild in public places. Stinging nettles thrive in abundance, and their benefits for our health are immeasurable.

To fully utilize its healing properties, you should definitely infuse it in rakija or homemade vodka. It is an excellent natural remedy for hair loss as well as joint and bone pain.

What are the external uses of stinging nettle?
It reduces hair loss.
It helps with rheumatism.
It alleviates varicose veins.
It relieves joint and bone pain
. It nourishes and regenerates the skin.
It combats skin diseases.
It improves the health of skin and hair.
It reduces muscle cramps.
Note:

• Nettles should be harvested before they flower, as they are then more stinging (after flowering, the nutrients are stored in the blossoms). Choose young shoots that are only a few centimeters long.
• An infusion can be made from young nettles; older ones should be briefly boiled to reduce their stinging effect.

For hair loss, massage this mixture into your scalp every other day for two weeks.

Massage the mixture into the painful joints before bedtime – especially soothing for wrist and knee pain.

It is also effective in the treatment of varicose veins: it should be applied to the affected areas with a cotton swab.
