Ingredients:
For fish:
4 white fish fillets (such as cod, tilapia or eglefino)
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and black pepper, to taste
For lemon butter sauce:
4 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
Juice and zest of 2 lemons
4 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1️⃣Prepare the fish
Store fish fillets with paper towels.
Brush both sides of each fillet with olive oil, then season evenly with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and black pepper.
2️⃣Cooking the fish
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Place the steaks in the pan and cook for about 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown and brown.
Remove the fillets from the pan and set them aside.
3️⃣Prepare the Lemon Butter Sauce
Reduce the heat to medium and, using the same pan, melt the butter with olive oil.
Stir the chopped garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Add the lemon juice, lemon zest and chopped parsley, stirring well.
Season with salt and black pepper, letting the sauce cook for 2-3 minutes.
4️⃣Arm and serve
Prepare cooked fish fillets on a serving dish.
Tasteful the hot lemon butter sauce over each steak.
Garnish with extra parsley and slices of lemon for a fresh finish.
